NRI, one of Japan’s leading system integrators, has developed OpenStandia, a SaaS solution that helps automate operations for fund managers in asset management companies. NRI benchmarked the scalability and performance of MySQL against one of the leading proprietary databases and found that MySQL can handle massive volumes of data. The adoption of MySQL kept investment costs down, and it enabled NRI to quickly and easily build and deploy their platform.
